A lot of these older games are a pain in the ass to get working properly. Thanks a lot you are a beast No problem dude. This method works perfectly with me, i chose the 3rd one and it works my xbox one controller is acting normally Thanks to those who helped me here i appreciate it. This issue took me almost 3 days to figure out. Technically one of these will work but i left all 3 instead of eliminating until i found the exact one. Then renamed each of them to the 3 different files you see above. I literally created 3 copies of the xinput1_3.dll file. Solution: Create copy of xinput1_3.dll with name provided below till you find one that works: Reason: Game executable can look for xinput dll by different names. Problem: Game can't detect your controller I know dumb of me not to look their first. In case anyone is wondering I found the solution in the help tab of the x306ce application. Game 3 has a mod that works with no issues. For Games 1 & 2 I used a combination of edits to the config files to force it to accept the joysticks (it's an unreal game, super easy) and a keymapper (ReWASD) for the rest. Wish some of these older games would get a little love from Ubisoft. I actually have tried all the other splinter cell games on steam and every single one ive had controller problems.
